David Mincemeyer, owner

David Mincemeyer has been involved in athletics from a very young age. Soon after graduating high school David joined the U.S. Army to serve his country. During his time in the United States Army, he continued to be athletically involved in physical fitness and combat training during his deployment to Afghanistan. While in the military, David maintained outstanding P.T. scores and also trained for the U.S. Army Ten Miler Team. After leaving the military, David moved to the area to begin schooling at Southeast Missouri State University. David then found and became involved in a local CrossFit gym where he truly enjoys training and coaching others on how to become more fit and accomplish their goals. David continures to push the envelop of human performace, particullary in endurance events. Most recently, David has completed in 24 hr Murph events, 24 hour running events, and 24 hour rucking events.
carrie Keran, manager/trainer
Carrie Keran has been active her whole life. She played team sports through high school and continued staying active by running. In the last 15 years, Carrie began incorporating weightlifting into her fitness routine. It is through weightlifting that Carrie began to notice the empowering effect it has on women, in particular. She wants to help others realize that being strong in the body and mind can translate to being strong in all other areas of your life. Carrie has competed in CrossFit competitions, running events from 5k to Ultras, obstacle course races, and rucking events up to 24 hours.
