Old Orchard Fitness was formed out of a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and wellness. We provide a unique fitness experience compared to other gyms and training studios in the industry. Not only do we offer functional fitness classes where we coach and train clients to become more efficient at their activities of daily living, we also teach valuable skills that can be used outside of the gym setting. Another aspect that we provide is a strong fitness community which is the foundation that we are built upon. Our members do their training sessions together in a group which provides social support and improves self-efficacy. All of these factors keep members coming back for more and proves to be the best fitness experience available. We continuously strive to create an atmosphere of positive change and success.
